Lakme Salon in Vile Parle,Mumbai

Had my appointment with Nehal for waxing and she was amazing! She was professional, gentle, and made the whole experience very comfortable. The service was quick, hygienic, and done with great attention to detail. Highly recommend Nehal for anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant waxing experience.

Usha gave me the best pedicure i’ve ever got in mumbai, it’s as if she did some magic on my cracked heels and made it disappear, i have never seen my feet looking so soft and feeling so nice, would definitely go back if she’s there.

Review left on my wife’s behalf (her own words): Request traveller to India’s but My first time with a Lakme Salon although I have tried their make up. I found them online and they were very near my hotel so I thought I would give them a try. I tried to book online but did not get a response so booked over the phone. When I arrived a was seen to straight away. I had booked for a haircut and manicure/pedicure. I wanted gel polish but only had two hours so dropped this option. I was satisfied with the haircut and manicure/pedicure. My criticism is with the service received which resulted in me not leaving a tip and I will not go back again sadly. I had two lovely ladies who did my manicure and pedicure at the same time. Again I was made to feel guilty for asking for chocolate one. They wanted me to go for very berry. Again tried to make me feel guilty and told me I had not chosen the right one. The lady who was doing my pedicure was called away as her brother was ill. Hope he is better. So I felt the end of this service was rushed. As I did not go for gel the options for nail polish was limited and was in a rundown box that looked tatty. The haircut - The lady who cut my hair wanted to upsell me a hair spa and treatment but I only wanted a cut a blow dry, she was clearly not happy with this. I only had two hours and I have access to a spa at my gym so I was not interested. She cut my hair but took a phonecall during the cut and then disappeared to go on her phone without telling me. Not very good customer service. She did a blow dry but it did not last the evening. Sadly I will not return but hopefully this feedback will help you to improve for the future and live up to the brand that Lakme has made over so many years.

This was my first time coming here at Lakme Vile Parle and I absoluteky loved the experience!!! Jyoti, Usha and Sakshi did an amaaaaaazing job. The entire staff was very helpful. Rupa Prabhu, the owner was a very gracious host. One of the sweetest I've met!!

I got a haircut. My hair type is between wavy and curly and it's quite dry. Lakshmi did a wonderful job, the blow dry looks so good. I would definitely recommend
