Hello, this is Baban Khan’s son writing this review to inform everyone who is planning to visit this diagnostic center, especially patients coming from Sion Hospital or any other hospital. We had done MRI Neck with Whole Spine and Brain Angio at this center on 10/09/2024. I am not a fake person, and I am writing this review honestly based on my real experience. Initially, everything seemed fine. The scan was done and the report was given. However, when I visited my senior doctor at KEM Hospital, he asked me for the T1 plain slice images of the brain. I did not have those images. I told him that I would collect the images or CD from the diagnostic center. When I visited the center again yesterday, they told me that they do not have any information or records of my patient. This is completely unacceptable, especially in the field of radiology. I myself am a Radiology Technician at Hinduja Hospital, so I know how important record-keeping is. The main issue is that they did not provide a CD, complete report, or all image slices, and now they also do not have any record in email, WhatsApp, or their system. This is extremely careless and unprofessional behavior for a diagnostic center. If there was an option to give minus 100 rating, I would definitely give it. I am really very upset with this experience. I strongly advise people never to visit this diagnostic center. There are much better options available such as Aarti Diagnostic, Parel Diagnostic, Diagnopein, and many others that provide far better services than this center. I also work at Viscan Diagnostic Center in the field of Dental CBCT, and we always maintain proper patient records. It is shocking that such a big diagnostic center has zero-level management. I hope whoever reads my review understands the seriousness of this issue and takes the right decision.

Pathetic centre. Sonography for one individual takes more than an hour & the timings are also restrictive.

Absolutely slow service from reception to getting your tests done. Not sure what the delay is but all staff looked either lost or lazy. Had to wait 01hr and 30mins to get the tests done. All I had to do was wait like everyone else. Few people came after me and were called in first. No it wasn’t anything to do with Full bladder. Avoid if you hate waiting.

This diagnostic centre is well maintained and the healthcare professional here are very well managed and obedient also they attend patients with all the care. Dr.Dilip Kshirsagar is the expert under whom I was diagnosed....This sir patiently talk to all the patient and the best consultant!! Thankyou!!

Visited there for a sonography the staff were nice and helpful. Waiting time was less and got the reports instantly. Over all quiet a good experience.
