We are extremely grateful to Dr. Pillai and her clinic for being such an important part of our pregnancy journey. For nine months, every scan with her felt like more than a medical evaluation - she was consistently calm, non-alarmist, spiritual, and kind, making each visit a reassuring and centering experience for us as first-time parents. Her experience and perspective always came through in the way she explained things, without ever creating unnecessary anxiety and was a gentle gateway to our child. The clinic is clean, peaceful, and conveniently located, and the staff are helpful and courteous throughout. We will always associate this place with trust and reassurance, and would highly recommend it to expecting parents.

Coming from a medical profession myself, I truly understand and value the importance of warmth and clear communication. I had read very positive reviews about the doctor, which is why I felt particularly disappointed by my experience. The doctor did not seem very approachable and did not explain anything during the scan. I was extremely stressed throughout the process, and a little empathy and reassurance would have made a significant difference. I do not question the doctor’s medical expertise in any way, but the lack of communication left me feeling hurt.

Dr Anita Pillai is literally ripping off people..pelvis ulta sonography charge range from 800 to. Max 1500.. She charged 3000/- not sure about her diagnosis.. I asked why 3000. The receptionist says alag alag Hota Hai.. cmon no usg. sonography charges 3000.. Very bad Worst she writes both ovary normal .measuring xy x yy, arrey one ovary was removed 40 years back. ..in usa..she has one ovary . ovary .does it grow like plants? What kind of sonography u r doing.? I expect reply..take this seriously. I need response on wrong diagnose and.full refund now,.since I need to go to another radiologist because of yr wrong diagnose... If I don't get reply in next few days I will post on insta and other platform..no reply is definitely not appropriate..and indicate doesn't care attitude..
