I am giving one star only because Google does not allow zero stars. This place does not deserve any rating. I gave my laptop to this shop for repair. They kept it for one full day, and after that, they replied saying that my laptop battery was dead and needed replacement. There was no proper diagnosis explained, no clear testing shown—just a conclusion after a day. Because this didn’t feel right, I took my laptop to the official service center of my laptop brand. There, they properly checked the laptop and clearly confirmed that the battery was completely fine and did NOT need replacement at all. This experience seriously questions the honesty of this shop. It feels like customers are being misled into unnecessary repairs. I strongly advise people not to rely on this shop for laptop repairs. Always take a second opinion from an official service center before trusting their diagnosis.

Dear Team, I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent visit to the Matunga Top 10 store, which left me very disappointed. When I entered the store, I directly went to the Apple section to inquire about the iPhone 17 Pro. However, the staff member standing at the Apple section was busy on a personal call and did not respond to my query. Despite waiting, I did not receive any proper assistance. At the same time, my friend was asking about an Oppo phone, but the staff members were forcefully pushing him to purchase a Samsung device instead, without properly explaining or respecting his requirement. This kind of behavior was very unprofessional. I am a regular customer of Top 10 and have always trusted your brand, which is why this experience was very disappointing for me—especially the behavior of the staff at the Apple section. I request you to please look into this matter seriously and ensure that your staff provides proper guidance, attention, and respectful service to customers.
