Very disappointing experience with the Apple service...
Very disappointing experience with the Apple service process. The service center took my adapter and asked me to come back after a week. Then after 3 days, I received a call saying the product was “not replaceable” and was asked to contact the retailer instead. When I visited the retailer, they advised me to check with another service center. Surprisingly, within just 5 minutes, the second center checked the system and informed me that the product serial number did not match the adapter. This clearly raises serious concerns. Either the retailer sold a faulty/fraud product, or the first service center failed to verify basic details before keeping my product and wasting my time. Customers spend premium money trusting Apple’s ecosystem and authorized partners. Such unprofessional handling and lack of transparency damages that trust completely. I request Apple to investigate this matter properly and ensure customers are not misled or harassed between retailers and service centers.
