If you make a call, it is picked by one Rizwan. He will ask you to come to shop for pricing. I specifically asked if he can better or match a price for a speciric item, which he confirmed in YES very firmly. But on visiting the shop, he said he cannot, after checking with someone on phone. I asked why did you not check with the senior before confirming, which could have saved my visit, and he had no answer. Not a great experience. Also, the shop does not open before 1130.
