After 1 week I got a call from their team member saying,...
After 1 week I got a call from their team member saying, they have placed wrong battery in my scooter... While taking the handover their technician checked the battery. Infact the wire was loose and they didn't check it until date of delivery. It took 45 min to change the wiring. After all of this they are saying it's a wrong battery. A person who came to change the battery took more than a hour to locate my house and made me wait on the road.
