I recently purchased a dark blue Honda Activa from HT Motors, and the experience was seamless. I visited them through a friend's reference, and I’m glad I did. The atmosphere at the showroom is very welcoming, and the staff kept me updated at every stage. My RTO location falls under MH-47, which usually means a wait for the registration number. However, the team was incredibly proactive. As soon as the new series opened, they completed my registration within 12 hours and delivered the bike immediately. While their pricing might differ slightly from the market, their service quality and benefits are unmatched. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience

My experience with H T Motors was extremely disappointing from start to finish. This has honestly been one of the worst places I’ve dealt with when it comes to buying a vehicle. The staff did not seem genuinely interested in helping, and I often felt ignored or rushed instead of supported. The communication was poor, with unclear answers and very little transparency during the process. Simple questions felt like a burden to them. The whole experience felt disorganized and stressful, which is the opposite of what you expect when making such a big purchase. I walked in with high expectations but left frustrated and regretful. Customer service and professionalism were seriously lacking in my experience. There are many other dealerships that treat customers with more respect and patience. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend H T Motors to others. I hope they improve their service and how they treat customers in the future.
