Very Unprofessional

I would so not recommend these services to anyone if you love your dear ones. Some of their staff is very careless and act without looking at the condition the patient is in. Still if you want to use their services, I would surely recommend you for transporting dead bodies.

Not gonna recommend this ambulance service to anyone, the worst I have ever seen. My grandfather recently had a surgery and we used their devices to transfer him from hospital. They made him fall fully from the strecher to ground. It was a horrific moment for us all. These people don't know the seriousness of the critical situation their customer is in and this type of carelessness can never be tolerated in these type of life threatening conditions. Request to all to not contact these individuals.

had worst experience of life with the untrained staff. Really regret my decision to go for their ambulance service.

Life threatening, Horrible & terrible service & staff people who handles stretchers to carry patients. Had a terrifying experience with these people. Please be aware of their service. While carrying my father who recently had a major surgery & is advised not to move, they made him fall from stretcher fully on the ground. Our hearts literally stopped seeing him falling from such a height. Please please beware of their services. Some staff is very careless. I would have given the lowest negative score if it was possible to give. Please please think 1000 times before taking this service.

I would have given 5 stars but for slight delayed arrival.Mr.Mahesh who is driving the ambulance is an excellent person in his behavior and helpful nature.He patiently waited till the admission procedure are completed and brought the patient to the room.

I wish there was a -ve review option. This was the most ridiculous rash driving I had experienced in Mumbai . The driver breaker bro hard all the time cashing the patient to feel giddy and nauseous. This orthopedic surgery patient was being transported to their home and there was no emergency. But still the driver drove extremely fast and went over a speed bump which lifted the patient in the air and dropped back. This caused extreme pain and trauma to the Patient. I will never recommend this service.
