I’ve been going to Lemonade Salon for the past 2 years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience—especially with Sarika! From my regular haircuts to Nashi treatments and even my highlights, she’s always been incredibly consistent, professional, and attentive to what I want. She truly understands my hair type and gives suggestions that actually work, without ever being pushy. What I appreciate the most is how comfortable she makes the whole experience and I leave feeling confident every single time. I highly recommend Sarika.

I’m a bit late in posting review but better late than never! Miss Sarika gave my mom and myself a wonderful salon experience. She is extremely skilled and a fun company to have during the session. Will 100% recommend her for haircuts and treatments! She’s the best! ❤️

Had a very relaxing head massage at Lemonade Hair Spa, Cuffe Parade. The ambience was peaceful and the staff was well-trained. The experience was smooth and calming. Booked through LUZO app and got a great offer.

Very disappointing experience, mainly because of the manager, Preeti. When I contacted the salon for an appointment, I agree there was some back and forth initially. However, the final appointment was clearly confirmed. When I reached the salon, Preeti flatly told me that my booking was for 4 pm, not 2 pm, and said I had changed it twice. I acknowledged that there had been changes earlier, but for a 6 pm function, it makes no sense for me to intentionally confirm a 4 pm appointment. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or even speaking politely, she was extremely rude and dismissive, saying they were fully booked and that it was my fault. There was no apology, no effort to help, and no basic courtesy, just attitude. I am giving 2 stars only because of Sanika, the stylist, who genuinely felt bad about what happened and tried her best to help by squeezing my mom in for a haircut. Sarika also tried to assist with my blow-dry while I waited. Unfortunately, the manager was least bothered. Even when the stylists requested Preeti to see if something could be done, she simply ignored it. Luckily, I found another salon nearby and managed to get my service done. But this kind of behaviour, especially from a manager, is unacceptable. Very unprofessional and a really bad experience overall.

Special mention to Sarika, she styled my hair beautifully. Want to suggest to book appointments from Luzo, its very smooth and we get a discount too.
