I have never encountered such a poor service anywhere, especially at a place like Colaba. Please do not trust their word. If you need something urgently, avoid going there. I had given a print job on glass to be done, and they promised to deliver it between 12 and 1 in the afternoon, but even by 7 in the evening, they hadn't managed to do it. Moreover, they do not pick up the phone at such late hours either.
