Excellent service to delivered a my package with on time good efforts thanks to excess couriers .

had a very bad experience with this courier service. I was waiting for a parcel from Mumbai to the UAE. I gave my full and correct address, but after a week, I received a package that belonged to someone else. When I contacted them, they said it was sent to me by mistake. Until now, I still haven’t received my correct parcel. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

This is the best place with fast service I was told my goods will be delivered in 7-8 days but they had and excellent service and got me my urgent parcel in 4 days it self

Please don't use this courier service very dishonest people they lost my goods worth 20 000 Rands went missing from their depot .and the owner Dillip doesn't even have the decency to return my calls better to be safe then sorry don't use them .

One word for this company - "CHEATERS", NUMBER ONE CHEATS. The package was shipped from Mumbai to Texas, US. The shipping cost was based on the volumetric weight which was calculated to 10.8 kg according to FEDEX's own online calculator (22x15x10 in). The FEDEX tracking page also showed 10.8 kg. They over charged me for 16 kg. Additionally, It was shipped two day air but they held the package in Mumbai for 6 days before shipping it, all the while lying about it reaching imaginary airports in Europe and America. Do not use these cheaters. They cheat you in weight and cheat you in shipping time. They are very dishonest scoundrels. It took a total of 9 days for the package to reach its destination. There are several other honest couriers.

Hi we shipped various items from Mumbai over two shipments. The boxes arrived with boxes being opened and resealed. 4sarees 1kurta 2shoes and 1 slipper are still missing. We have written to them various mails but sadly no response
