I have visited the clinic multiple times and plan to continue, as the doctor is genuinely knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to listen . Something I didn’t experience at other nearby clinics. However, the support staff is a major downside. They often seem unorganized and unsure of their responsibilities, frequently running around without clear direction. The reception and client management definitely need better training and coordination. Additionally, I found one of the senior staff member to be quite rude, that made the experience uncomfortable. For such clinics especially, a pleasant, welcoming environment with friendly faces is very important, and this is currently lacking. Overall, while the doctor’s expertise makes the treatment worthwhile, the clinic seriously needs to improve staff behavior and management for a smoother patient experience.
