When for the treatment of alopecia and skin pigmentation, no result spend almost 25000/- not worth at all , went with lot of hope after watching their review but I don't think so it's a real review, beginning he told you will get fully recovered from alopecia and later dr Sachin told me you won't get full hair on effected area , they have their own pharmacy inside clinic, with very very expensive medicine , in one visit along with consultation 600 + above 5000 medicine, Not worth , no result, pls save your hard earned money don't waste here , not recommended, if anyone wanted to visit make sure you keep 5k minimum with you. Worst service 😒

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sachin Chaudhari for my skin and hair treatment. He is highly knowledgeable, patient, and explains every concern in detail, which makes you feel comfortable and confident about the treatment. I was undergoing treatment here since 2021, I even got results in the first year. I even commented to thank to the dermatologist for that. But every month when I went there, they would prescribe new medicines in just 5 minutes without doing any physical checkup. The dermatologist have expressions on his face that the patient should be leave within 5 minutes. Medicines were also very expensive and if you bought them from here, they would give you on the MRP prices, if you bought the same medicines from outside, you would get a 15% discount... Back in 2025, I went for PRP before the Diwali holidays, they first took my blood sample and made me wait for a long time it is ok I can understand that is a process, but then suddenly they took me to do PRP without giving anesthesia. I was in so much pain that my head hurt for 2 days... When I went to the dermatologist again on the next month, the medicine he had prescribed made my hair fall out within 10 days instead of growing... When I told him for this, it was clear on his face that he had prescribed the wrong medicine in a hurry... Then suddenly he started saying that okay let's do another PRP. I said the last time you did PRP my head was hurting so much they said no one has said anything like this till now... Looking at all this I understand that this dermatologist calls the patient every month and gives him medicine to come back... from this I have stopped going to him now...

I recently had my hair transplant session with Dr. Sachin Chaudhari in Vasai, and my experience was truly excellent. The clinic has a very nice and comfortable ambiance, which immediately made me feel relaxed and confident about the procedure. Dr. Sachin Chaudhari is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained the entire hair transplant process clearly and answered all my questions before starting the session. The staff was also very supportive and friendly throughout. The procedure was smooth, well-managed, and economical compared to many other clinics. The doctor seems to be okay-ish. But my biggest gripe is with this clinic's reception service. The doctor had prescribed me some medicines but his handwriting isn't easily understood by the local medical store. So for clarity, I called the reception countless times over the prescription given by the doctor. But these receptionists dont care whatsoever. Many times they dont pickup. But when they do pickup, they say they'll let you know soon and then nothing. No response at all from them. Why this matters so much is because this situation is basically I gave money to the doctor but I'm unable to buy medicines due to this ridiculous behavior. For barely 2mins work, they dont care to respond. This is probably the worst reception service I've experienced out of all the clinics I've visited so far. Absolutely disappointed. Edit: Changed 1 star to 4 star upon discussion with the doctor reassuring me that it will not repeat.
