Arrogant staff, making a fool to the customers, after-sale service is so poor. Better go to other shops for repair or buy. I had a very bad experience in this shop. I gave my watch for repair..when received another belt. the staff was not taking any responsibility for the same and they were lying about the belt. Not even apologize for their mistake. Better go nearby station they have other better shops for sure.
