Poor nursing staff. Incapable of handling more patients. Making patients sit for long hours for petty things like dressing which is unnecessary!

Instead of a professional medical explanation, I was met with a dismissive attitude and confusing analogies that didn't address my safety concerns. As a patient, I expect clear communication regarding drug interactions, not a lecture. I left the clinic without the clarity I needed for my treatment."

I am sharing my experience and patient experience: 1st Good one's: 1) Dr. Naresh chheda is good and experience surgeon. On surgery day he was round till 11:30PM. 2) Surgeon karn chheda is also good. I had no interaction with him but as per patient recovery and surgery experience I am saying he is good. 3) hospital TPA is also good. 4) Dressing and stiches removal. 5) Cost efficient hospital. Gall bladder removal surgery only in 65100. As per my opinion this is half than other hospitals where I had done enquiry. Need to improve: 1) Sisters behaviour. All sisters are not bad but few are need improvement. As I had experience on discharge day when my patient complained about pain to sister. Sister came after half an hour and she said she was searching for medicine "ultracet" and this medicine is also not available in hospital pharmacy, so kindly you arrange. Then I again go to same hospital pharmacy and the pharmacist given same medicine to me. And he also informed me that no sister asked him for this medicine. So I don't why sister lies to me. 2) Hospital doesn't have food arrangement. Even for patients hospital say bring your own food. So this should be improved. Atleast for patients hospital should provide food as per doctor instructions. 3) hospital doesn't have its own protocol that patien should go to OT by walking whereas other hospitals use wheelchair for patients movement. 4)No hospital dress for patients. Next day of surgery sister said that wear your own regular home dress. If you had surgery then how you wear tight dress or home dress. If don't have loose dress then you have to purchase from market. Hospital not provided hospital clothes also. 5)When I have complained about mosquito and mortein machine is not working after old damage machine replaced then sister what I can do. Then I purchased new mosquito machine machine from hospital own pharmacy. So you people can decide as per above opinion and experience.
