Sub.: Serious complaint against Checking Staff Mr. Ram Yadav (fake name) Reliance Retail Grocery Store (2nd Floor) at Shimpoli Road, Borivali West, Mumbai – 400 092. Sir/Madam I would like to inform you about the serious incident happened on 7th October, 2025 during purchase of Chocolates at Reliance Retail Grocery Store (2nd Floor) at Shimpoli Road, Borivali West, Mumbai – 400 092. The 2nd floor is entire grocery store, when I asked for 10 Chocolates, first they doesn’t have availability, then why they are running such a huge store. Late they got it from somewhere else and given. Later, I visited the counter and paid the money, then I visited the baggage counter for verifying the materials and to collect my baggage. I kept all my chocolate in my bag, as Reliance Retail doesn’t provide bags. When I was going to exit from the store, 2 persons called me and asked me to show the materials I purchased from store. I told them that I have paid the money at the counter. They forcibly opened my baggage and checked all the 10 chocolates and all the 10 chocolates got damaged due to mishandling by checking staff. Both the checking staff are standing near 2 Service Lift. The name of Checking staff as mentioned by them is Mr. Ram Yadav (must be fake name) as they are not ready to tell me their exact name. I hereby request the Directors / Chief Executive Office to immediately terminate both the them for mis-behaviour, mishandling and damages my product purchased by me and refund me an entire amount of Rs. 935/- paid by me to Reliance Store. Hope the above matter will be taken seriously and immediate termination of both the checking staff standing near exit Lift. Also I request you to refund me an entire amount of Rs. 935/- paid by you and your checking staff has damaged all the 10 chocolates. Regards, Manish Peshwani

Give the order online but product not available all time my money is stuck with them and everyday I buy amul milk pouch many times amul milk is near the expiry date or expired. Big name but in said is lower behaviour and useless service.
