This has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I visited your store to purchase a sofa, and initially, I was quoted almost double the price for the same product. After discussion, we finalized the deal at a mutually agreed price. The next day, I personally selected the fabric and colour and clearly communicated my expectations. However, despite repeated follow-ups, I did not receive timely updates. When I finally received photos, I was shocked to see that the sofa colour was completely different from what I had selected. This is a major mistake from your end. Instead of correcting it immediately, I was asked to “check the colour at home” and was told that the difference is minimal, which is not acceptable. I had already clearly stated that I want the exact same fabric and colour as selected—no compromises. After acknowledging your mistake, you requested 2–4 days to fix it. Now again, I am being told to wait another 4 days. This continuous delay and lack of accountability is highly unprofessional. I request you to: 1. Deliver the sofa exactly as per my selected fabric and colour 2. Provide a confirmed delivery date without further delays If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take this matter further Please treat this as urgent.
