Extremely disappointing experience. We placed an order for multiple items, but after waiting for an entire month, only 2 items were delivered and even those were not properly made, with poor finishing with incompleted work. There was no proper update, no accountability, and no sense of urgency from their side. On top of that, one of their staff members behaved very unprofessionally and even used abusive language over a phone call. This is completely unacceptable. They make promises just to secure orders, but fail to deliver on time or maintain basic customer service standards. Would strongly advise others to avoid this business. Even their worker gives review on Google to make their overall review near to 5 star.

Worst place to shop for furniture, firstly they will talk very nicely then after purchasing they won't even recieve your call, poor quality of bed & wardrobe no proper finishing. They don't deserve single star, worst experience ever.

WORST Experience – Stay Away! Don’t fall for the sweet talk during the purchase. Vicky showed us everything nicely and promised a lot, but once the sale was done, they completely ignored all the issues we reported. The delivery was late, and ever since then, their after-sales service has been pathetic. You’ll keep calling them for repairs, and they’ll either delay endlessly or come up with lame excuses to avoid doing the work. We asked for a custom piece, and when it turned out bad, they had the audacity to say “ye to aisa hi aata hai sab jagah.” After that, they simply stopped attending our calls. The quality of the furniture is poor — not worth the price at all. When we tried to resell it back to them, they refused outright. Avoid this place if you value your money, time, and peace of mind. Totally unprofessional and not worth the hassle.
