I had a disappointing experience with Amber Furnishing & Mattresses. While placing the order, everything seemed promising, but the experience after the purchase was not satisfactory at all. The biggest issue was the poor after-sales service. Once the order was confirmed, responsiveness and customer support were lacking. Follow-up for service and support was difficult, and the level of attention given after the sale was not what one would expect. Service commitments did not feel properly maintained, and the overall customer experience after purchase was disappointing. When buying furnishing and mattresses, after-sales support is very important, and that was where the experience fell short. The product selection may be decent, but service and customer handling need significant improvement, especially after getting the order. Overall, not a satisfactory experience due to weak after-sales service and support.

Good place! Got my mattress and Blinds from here, and they are very very good at it! Even they readjusted the mattress as it had a few problems that too for free! And their sales rep is very knowledgeable he explains everything very calmly and clearly. Would recommend for interior furnishing
