The best ENT surgeon ever. I had the opportunity to consult Dr Vipin Jain and following his prognosis was the best decision I took. My mom had a history of hearing loss but was also recently diagnosed with severe hearing impairment after a vertigo attack she faced during her visit with me to Canada. After doing the audiogram test he suggested an exploratory tympanoplasty. He clearly explained how the hearing process works in terms that a layman can understand. He also said that it was exploratory surgery and it would involve no risk so going ahead with this surgery worked wonders for my mom. The surgery was a success and Post surgery she is able to hear clearly in her left ear. He also advised to strictly follow postoperative protocol for the surgery to remain successful. Even the follow ups are going on smoothly. Dr Jain is very knowledgeable, empathetic and a good listener. He made sure the entire procedure was completed within the timeframe I had in mind as I had to travel back to Canada. The way he explained everything is commendable and the surgery has been miraculous for my mom. I am deeply grateful for his service and professionalism. I would highly recommend going to Dr Jain for any ENT related concerns.
