"Disappointing experience with Zomato 😕. Ordered a sandwich from a highly-rated place called 9 tea’s cafe at midnight, expecting good quality. Unfortunately, the sandwich was spoiled. Spilled and taste was pathetic . Reported the issue to Zomato support, but no resolution yet. Not impressed with their customer service. Might reconsider using Zomato in the future."

This place has a cool vibe and is spacious outdoor dining. I have been here twice and both times the tea was not available once around 9.30 pm and the second time around 6.30 pm, The guy said it's over. Also tried the Margerita Pizza out here, it is very basic and not bad for the price of 130 Rs for 9 inches Pizza. The cheese is very chewy. The ambience is good, Food needs to up the game for this place. This place was rarely crowded on both my visits. The stools are also very small and make it uncomfortable to sit for a longer duration that also needs to be looked into.

Seatings are really uncomfortable, very small round chairs. Tables aren't big enough as well. Hand only DL sandwich here but was disappointed. Dominating mayo taste and sandwich felt really dry.
