I have been experiencing symptoms of anxiety-related nausea since a long time , where the sensation of fullness and nausea is triggered by anxiety rather than actual fullness.. this generally occurs during anxiety moments like eating before interview or some important work, eating with new people, or eating while going out urgently... So finally i decided to take help from Dr.Aditi Hinge and she started with cognitive behavioural therapy which has helped me a lot till now...
