I have 2 indie pup and one of them is too sensitive to handle and often getting sick..Thanks to God, I found this place, this progressive pet clinic, it's like heaven for my furry babies. They have neuter my child like it's so easy and my child was recovered less than 5 days.. specially i want to thank Dr Sanjana and Dr Nishith for everything I need for my furry babies, they are like Angel for my babies. Hello, I am extremely disappointed and angry with the kind of service provided at your hospital. I had clearly informed the doctor that the animal I brought was not my personal pet, but a building kitten, one of six kittens left behind after the owners shifted. Despite this important background, the doctor showed zero effort to understand the situation, history, or real condition of the animal. The consultation was completely directionless: No clear understanding of the problem No explanation of what happened, why it happened, or how to handle it No meaningful guidance or responsibility shown Yet, fees were taken without hesitation. If a doctor cannot even understand the basic context of the case and cannot explain the issue in simple terms, then on what basis are you charging money? This is professional negligence, not consultation. Animal care is not a joke or a money-collection exercise. People bring animals in distress expecting knowledge, clarity, and accountability — none of which were provided. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and the matter to be reviewed internally. Such behaviour reflects very poorly on your hospital and discourages people from helping stray or abandoned animals.

This was our very first time visiting a vet for our very first cat, Perisya. So I had to choose a good clinic, hovering over reviews and places; I finally found this clinic. Got consulting from Dr. Mansi; she is very keen on her work and has a soft spot for cats. She greeted my cat very gently and treated her like a baby. Already had two visits at the Progressive Pet Clinic, and everyone was helpful. Dr. Mansi caressed my cat a lot and examined her very well. She even went to show my cat to other doctors as well on the vaccination day; she was happier than us with our cat. I think she is in love with Persiya. ❤️

My dog had bladder stone and I thought of getting him operated after myself finding out from the xray that a stone is stuck i called Nishit and he said yes it’s stuck we need to operate I checked there won’t be complications he said no it’s normal surgery. Post surgery my dog started showing blood clot near the surgical area they said it happens and it will go in days but latter my dog stopped walking they said it’s related to spine understood but just 3 days later I discovered that he was popping blood in his poop and after getting my dogs ultrasound done in other clinic they informed that he is severely infected now it’s been 26 days post surgery my dog is not recovering a due to poor and unhygienic way of operating and not treating the him on time. Dr Nishit delayed his MRI saying you go to the Dr I recommend and was always calling the Drs I was consulting with giving his story. My healthy dog has not yet recovered just because of their negligence. Don’t get your pets operated treated at progressive if you really care for your pets.

I had an excellent experience at The Progressive Pet Clinic, Vasai West. They truly saved my puppy’s life. My 45-day-old American Bully was in a very critical condition, he had been vomiting continuously for 3–4 days and had completely stopped eating and drinking. His condition was getting worse under previous treatment, and we were really worried. That’s when we came to Progressive Pet Clinic, and everything changed. The doctors quickly diagnosed him with Parvo virus and immediately started the right treatment. They conducted all the necessary tests, identified the root cause, and took proper care of him. Within just a few days, we saw a significant improvement. Their treatment, care, and attention made a huge difference. A special thanks to Dr. Sunil Kanaujiya, Dr. Nishit Gokarn and the entire staff, they are highly knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely care about animals.
