We recently visited Retreat Ice Cream parlour, as we entered the AC was off & the place was stinking weird. The ice cream they are serving is not in a proper consistency as it's melting quickly instead in qwinter season. I asked for bill so I can reimburse from my office & these people don't have system printed bill, the staff just handed me manual handwritten bill. Please provide a valid system printed bill & look upon the quality of your ice cream
