Visited this place couple of days ago and although the food was nice, the service was PATHETIC. The guy behind the counter is a lazy one. I ordered a combo and an individual burger, although the burger came quickly, the blueberry shake did not come till we finished 3/4th of the burger. What I saw was, the guy behind the counter did not prepare the blueberry shake at all and he was waiting for other order to prepare so that he could deliver all at once. WHAT MENTALITY. PATHETIC. Other thing, I saw was, he was casually chatting with people inside rather than focusing and completing previous orders. Although, the shake came late, it was really not what I expected, just plain vanilla ice cream taste and no blueberry taste at all. I gave it back saying, it's not proper. AGAIN, the same thing happened. This time he prepared it and kept it aside and was again casually talking to the people inside the kitchen. When I again went and asked him where the shake was. I again got the same answer saying that he was waiting was other orders to get ready. So in brief, the thing is that person does not want to deliver food when it's ready and wants to deliver all at once if your one portion of the Meal is left. You just sit there waiting for your order at the behest of that lazy person. SUCH A NONSENSE MENTALITY. ORDER READY HAI TOH DEDO. CUSTOMER KO WAIT KYUN KARVA RAHE HO. Also, the place was dirty, mosquitos flying around and it seemed that the tables were not clean at all, we had to shift 2 tables to find a clean one. The floor was dirty too, it looked as if it has not been cleaned at all. The sofa chairs were dirty as hell, with dirt marks all over and looked as it has not been cleaned in decades.
