A rude lady who doesn't know how to talk to patients has...
A rude lady who doesn't know how to talk to patients has been made to sit at the reception for years. The Doctor is encouraging her to be rude to his own patients. Not sure what kind of customer service he is trying to offer to his own patients. He is more concerned about employing that lady for some reason than listening to customer complaints.

Doctor is very rude and will not answer your questions. I visited him for my Thyroglossal Cyst case and he directly recommend me for surgery without telling anything about the case. Also, he said NO for disolving stiches and told marks will remain. Me lucky that I visited other Doctor and did the surgery. The other doctor did the Thyroglossal Cyst surgery with disolving stiches and the marks are almost gone now. Please don't visit this rude doctor for major illness.
