Had Purchased a Cultfit Cycle worth 11K from metro Cycle vasai. the Disc brake rotor lock malfunctioned within 7 months. Surprised that such a crucial part (disk Rotor lock) malfunctioned within a year. Over and above they charged me for the replacement. Another broken Trust. You should be ashamed for fleecing customers and selling substandard quality and later charging them for repairs. Not a nice way to treat people. I wish i would have recorded the sweet talks while selling it.

I had serviced a cycle under the name of my elder sister (Won't reveal her name otherwise they would keep calling and disturbing). Metro people gave us Cheap quality service and repair under very high costs and staff also showed improper behaviour to customers. Please improve your service and stop fooling customers. Don't fall under marketing trap guys
