Very disappointing experience at Aaditya Honda. Pathetic customer service and highly unresponsive staff — they can’t even answer customer calls properly. Definitely not the level of service expected from a Honda showroom.

No pickup of calls ,no reply on WhatsApp, while visiting the store no proper guidance of any staff , very pathetic service at vasai west Stella branch. It seems like its local brand . No proper guidance in purchase , sales department. All staff and management is worst at its place.

Even sales is so bad wonder what service will be like !! We went there to purchase the Honda NX200 yesterday at about 10 30 and there were no sales guys there … the lady sitting at the counter was super rude and told us itna jaldi koi nahi aata hai … but when checked the timings on the google listing it says opens 9 am … we still decided to give them a second chance and visit again today at 11 30 am there was a girl there who had absolutely no knowledge and again told us no one from sales department has come yet … I guess they do t get salary cuts so they come at any time they want … we then asked if we could test ride the bike and to that we got a reply that made us cancel a plan for a Honda completely. She said that’s not possible you’ll have to buy directly cuz we don’t have test ride bikes at this store … Goodbye honda !!

When I visited Aditya Honda (Bhabola Naka, Vasai West) for the second service of my Unicorn bike, I was directed to the waiting area after handing over the vehicle for servicing. However, the air conditioning in the area was not fully functional, forcing customers to sit in an uncomfortably hot environment. The management at Aditya Honda should pay close attention to this matter. Just as customers receive excellent service and courteous treatment when purchasing a new vehicle from you, please ensure that they continue to receive the same high standard of service when they bring that very same vehicle to your workshop for maintenance. This is my humble request. 🙏🏼
