I am purchasing used activa from a.k. motors, ( Mr. Hamza) On March 2024. I have paid full pymt including Name transfer process. He has not told me activa was on loan and Noc is not taken from bank. He has not shown me paper of vehical. Still today 25/02/25 Noc from bank of activa is not taken . For Noc need a authority Letter of Existing vehical owner and he had not taken Letter from owner still today. I have contacted vehicle owner and owner don't know A.K. MOTOR and A.K. motor not in contact with owner. I am trying to contact him he is very rarely received call and told give me one day. Your work will be happened. Very very worst experience.
