I have been a regular client at JCB for many years and now they have started to rip off people. I called and booked an appointment for hair wash and blast try that comes with the hair wash. Very clear communication! After I come to the salon they didn’t ask me to confirm and did my hair wash and blow dry and then charged me way too much money for the blow dry which I didn’t ask for or wasn’t informed. I never asked for any particular person to do a hair wash as hair wash is hair wash weather it’s a junior stylist or creative director. The creative director who was free started to talk and do the blow dry herself and then I get charged extra for that. No special blow dry was done for me. Just regular straight hair . No spray nothing ! That’s a shame that how they treat their clients who have been coming for more than a decade.

I visited Jean Claude Biguine Salon & Spa with extremely frizzy hair and was quite skeptical about trying the salon for a Botox treatment. However, my experience completely changed thanks to Radhika, the hairstylist. She was incredibly patient, highly skilled, and reassuring throughout the process. From the very beginning, she confidently assured me that the treatment would deliver great results — and she truly lived up to that promise. I especially appreciated how thoughtfully she addressed all my questions and concerns regarding the treatment. Her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I’m genuinely impressed with both the service and Radhika’s expertise. I would definitely book another appointment with her again.
