I’ve been getting my hair done by Poonam for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier. She always does an amazing job with both my hair colour and haircuts. She takes the time to understand what I’m looking for and consistently delivers great results. My hair always looks and feels fantastic after every appointment. Highly recommend !!

My husband and I recently visited your salon for a manicure, pedicure, and a Thalgo face mask service. Unfortunately, the experience was not worth. My manicure and pedicure were done by Priti, and I was quite disappointed with the quality of the service. The dead skin was not removed properly, and on one of my fingers, too much skin was pulled and removed, which caused discomfort and pain later while shopping. I actually had to trim the loose skin myself. Even during the service, I could see the skin being pulled, and I immediately felt it might lead to irritation. Providing a service just for the sake of completing it is not acceptable. There are many salons offering similar services, and customers expect proper care, attention to detail, and professional results. The Thalgo face mask service was also not worth it. Overall, I am not happy with my experience. I would strongly recommend better training and supervision for your staff to ensure customers receive the quality of service they are paying for.
