My experience started well, but the service quality has declined over time. Today I waited 45 minutes with no one attending to me, while staff were sitting and chatting. During my beard trim, the staff tried squeezing gel out of an empty bottle. For ₹1,000 charged for a haircut + beard trim, this level of cost-cutting is disappointing. We’ve been regular customers for 5 months and have used all your offers, yet each visit they say my number isn’t registered. The owners really need to train the team better. Right now it feels more like a local barber shop than a professional salon.
