Really pathetic service and hospitality. Today I had gone to shop in order to purchase authentic Bengali sweets but was surprised to see the level of service by manger of the shop(Not sure about his name ) I could figure out 3 persons in the shop 2 were wearing dark brown clothes and one was in normal formal outfit and I had ordered sweets and on asking finally on how Much to pay they struggled for 10 min to calculate final bill and mentioned in the end system is down and manager of the shop was unresponsive and didnโt bothered if sales is actually realised and in the end I was forced to cancel my order as no one bothered to respond. Really pathetic service not sure about the quality of products as i didnโt tried
