The sweets and chocolates taste amazing, and the gift boxing looks very high-end. However, the store management needs some work. I went in during a pre-festival rush to pick up a pre-ordered gift basket, and it was chaotic. Even though I had paid in advance, I had to wait twenty minutes because they couldn't find my order slip. Great products, but the customer service and pickup process could be a lot smoother
