Need to work on managing patients on timely basis & appointment wise. I had to wait for almost 3 hrs just to get MRI done which was for only 15 mins. Had got an appointment for 5.40 pm & got MRI done at 8.30 pm.

It is at one of the prime location on western express Highway. Means metro, bus and rickshaw by the way it's 10 mins walk from jogeshwari station too... But in evening the place is too much congested due to traffic. Very close to metro and highway.

My sister-in-law had an operation on 12th November at Shree Balasaheb Thackeray Hospital, located at Geetanjali Railway Colony, Ram Nagar, Jogeshwari East, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400060. The behavior of the operation staff, nurses, and watchmen was extremely rude. They spoke very badly not only to the patient but also to the patient’s family members. Their way of talking was disrespectful and unacceptable. I sincerely request whoever reads this message to please take strict action regarding this matter.
