The medical care provided by the doctors was satisfactory, and I appreciate their efforts in diagnosing and managing the condition effectively. The nursing staff were generally supportive and responsive. Communication regarding treatment updates and billing could be more clear and timely. Housekeeping and cleanliness is too good. Coordination between departments needs better management. The food quality was good and while meals were provided on time The PRO team(Mr.Amitesh Sir) was Helpful & supportive.

My dad was admitted here for few days due to heart and brain condition. The doctors and nurses are really co-operative and helpful with everything. The food given to the patient is good and balance diet as per the need. I am thankful to Mr. Vikaas Mishra for promptly helping with arranging doctor at the time of emergency. Thankful to Dr. Yash Gore, Dr. Harshad Sagar, Dr. Lakhani, Dr. Sachin and all the nursing staff of the hospital.

The hospitalisation service, treatment, consultant, guidance and caring nature was very, very good and excellent. The Doctor's were also very polite and good with proper guidance and support for our patient. The Only issue for us was about the unaffordable costing treatment, consultancy and other charges amount which we as very lower middle class people cannot afford for more than a single day.
