I recently booked a tour with J. M. Tours & Travels in Mumbai and I was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, enjoyable, and personalized. What stood out: The itinerary was thoughtfully put together—whether it was the Mumbai City Tour, Elephanta Island, or the lesser-known gems, everything had a good balance between iconic sights and authentic local culture. The vehicles were comfortable and clean. Drivers were punctual, professional, and made us feel safe throughout. The team listened to what we wanted, and tailored parts of the trip accordingly. They struck a nice balance between scheduled activity and flexibility. Accommodation & transfers (where arranged by them) were smooth, well-located and comfortable. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate—it really enhanced the experience, giving insights you don’t get from just reading guidebooks. Communication was good; when we had queries, they responded in a timely manner, and the booking process was clear. Minor suggestions: A little more clarity in pricing breakdowns (what’s included / what’s extra) would help avoid surprises. In one of the day tours, time at some spots felt a bit rushed; a slightly more relaxed schedule there would make it even better.
