Medical staff, equipment and doctors are good but people management skills are lacking. Prepare to waste time. All tests were done appropriately but didn't get any call for collecting reports. Even after asking for it they ask to come after 4/5 hours. Basically I called for reports in the morning, they didn't pick at once had to try thrice, then they asked to come in the evening. When I asked can I get it in 30mins or 1hr, they said it's not possible, come in the evening. This is after 1 week after testing. Please hire better management folks. Infact some of the staff was managed by the doctors themselves directing to proceed here n there. Seems like the medical staff is also frustrated from their incompetence.

Reviews are genuine, I ignored already mentioned review about time waste and now experiencing the same. Early diagnosis reports means you can start your treatment earlier. Xray did in afternoon, asked to come for report at 7 pm and now all staff gone and one who present saying to come next day for report They are not serious about medical reports , it's not like passport photo..abhi nahi to agle din leke Jana Aslo do not forget To and Fro auto expenses as we are not living near it.extra 200 wasted , .I urge everyone to diagnose yourself at centre where they can give reports on time for treatment and respect your time and medical urgency Offcourse avoid this Update :- after 40 minutes of posting this review, Center sent me reports on WhatsApp
