Zero star for this. Rude staff. Wrong report given of sonography. No one response properly here. Bad behaviour of receptionist and assistance. Not recommend to any one.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible, rude staff, extremely dirty and filth equipments, stuff strewn on the floor. No doctors on premise. This is more like a grocery store under the garb of a “diagnostic” center. How can this be a place where you can trust anyone with accurate and correct data with regards to your health? The rooms where you supposed to change have doors that are half open from the sides - endangering one’s privacy. Please AVOID this place at all costs. This is a sham under the name of a diagnostic center being run by people who are not even holding any medical degrees.
Choosing 1 star because there is no option for zero starts. It is very upsetting that I have to choose this method to convey my thoughts about the diagnostic lab. I went there for my sister's blood check up and as a lay man we took the reports given to us. During doctor's visit, when the dr asked for a specific report we could not find one. I went to the lab to check on the issue and highlighted to the receptionist that we have been charged for a test but dint receive the reports. This is 5 days after the test was done. To which the other person some colleague of the receptionist blatantly said uska paisa nai liya hoga aapse(very rudely). I presented the bill and they were left speechless. Then after 10 mins they got me the reports saying these are her reports which us absolutely untrustworthy. You guys had no idea about the report 10 mins ago and then suddenly got this generated report!!!! One more test demanded 2 different reports (I mentioned it atleast 5 times during the test). They didn't deliver that as well. The receptionist called me up the next day and shamelessly said vo change karke nai milega jaisa hai waisa hi milega. Sad to know that diagnostic centres have become so inconsiderate and do not care at all. They have forgotten the fact that they are dealing with patients and the treatment depends on their results. Never going here again. Please choose wisely!

Horrible staff. Unexplained waiting times. Inspite of long hours they will not let you step out of the Center. Staff is rude enough to shout at you. Improper and random reports. Sonologist incapable so have to repeat scans again at a better Center. Strictly advising not to visit this place if you want a good thorough and true report of your tests
