We had booked a test for my husband and myself via ekincare app and orange health care was their blood collection partner for 26th April 2026. The technician named Danish, had come home at 9am(slot booked)and said that in their system my husbands name is appearing twice.On ekincare app, the voucher was correctly appearing in my name. We suggested that you rectify which he tried and said it's not happening as we had booked via ekincare. We called ekincare and we were informed that in Ekincare system, all details were updated and they were asking Danish to collect blood samples and later update in Orange health care system. He was denying the same as he needed barcode to be generated in my name. They were blaming each other and Danish the technician left after collecting my husbands blood samples and without collecting my samples quoting., "Once system is updated the available technician will visit" Now till 12pm there is no update with false assurance that some technician will come and me fasting and waiting till 12pm( fasting for more than 15 hours). Their contact number is not reachable too Do not trust them. Not sure now, if they give proper reports. There is no zero star, as they don't deserve 1 star rating.

The Orange has a superb setup, and the staff are highly professional and well-trained. They are very punctual and committed to their timelines. For home sample collection, the staff arrived even before the scheduled time. The report was delivered within their promised TAT of six hours. I highly recommend Orange for their good and professional work.
