Previously it was decent, but now it’s absolutely pathetic....
Previously it was decent, but now it’s absolutely pathetic. The staff have zero coordination or respect for customers’ time. They tell you on call to come for servicing, but never mention that they won’t accept vehicles after 11:00. When you reach, they simply refuse and ask you to come the next day. This has happened to me three times now, same story every time. If there’s a cutoff, why not communicate it clearly on call? They ask you to come at 10. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. On top of that, it always feels like they’ll “find” extra issues just to charge more. Overall, a frustrating and time-wasting experience. Avoid this service centre unless you are okay making multiple unnecessary trips.
