This review was long due as I had availed their services before as well. Mani-Pedi & head massage. This time too, I went for Mani-Pedi. Please note that it would probably had been a 5-star review, had the salon arrangement was considerate of its Mani-Pedi customers. The salon inside is spacious but only a tiny cubicle is assigned to Mani-Pedi which can hardly fit one customer and 2 beauticians (each working on hands and legs respectively). Even then, they have 2 designated places for customers. It gets too congested after a while. Also, my manicurist was seated at my right hand side and at my left hand side, there was a wall, so to get my left hand done, I had to twist my body while keeping my legs straight because pedicurist was working on it. The supposed relaxing service becomes too much a hassle. One star less because this needs to be taken note of and addressed. Arati and Ishika were both amazing at what they do. Arati was very thorough with pedicure, ensuring my legs were smooth and clean. Ishika did an excellent job with manicure. I loved her nailpolish applying technique. I came to know that she is a nail artist as well. Will go and get it done from her sometime in the future. Overall, a good cleanup experience.
