5 stars from me to Shree B10 at Indraprast Mall.A perfect answer to all mobile phone problems with utmost genuinety.Today I had a software problem in my phone and they not only solved it but delivered the phone within an hour.Last time my other phone had multiple issues like motherboard and display problem.They solved it and delivered it the next day.Since then i had no issues in that phone.They will explain the problem , tell you the services charges and solve it , Genuinely.No hidden charges....If at all the phone has any minor issues they will take care of it Absolutely impossible to find such genuine and helping people...Love it...

My phone's display needed gluing. They fixed it, but now the power button isn't working. I went back for a fix, and two days later, my earpiece speaker failed. It seems they tend to fix one problem only to create another, making customers visit far more often than planned. Their service charges are cheap, so the pinch isn't felt immediately, and that's precisely what they seem to exploit. This pattern is consistent across multiple customer reviews on Google.

I had given them my iphone for battery replacement and they screwed with my phone itself. The phone started heating up so badly and also the front camera doesn't work since then. What was bad was that they said it's your fault. Very bad service.
