After my motorcycle crash, one of the biggest concerns for me was understanding what exactly had happened to my ACL and what the recovery process would look like. That’s when I consulted Dr. Mahesh Shinde, and honestly, he explained everything so calmly and clearly that it immediately made me feel more confident about the surgery. From getting the MRI done to guiding me through every step, he was extremely supportive throughout the process. What I appreciated the most was how friendly and approachable he was. During the surgery phase as well, he spoke to me more like a friend than just a doctor, which genuinely helped me stay relaxed. Now it’s been 23 days since the surgery, and I’m finally able to walk again. Recovery is still going on, but a huge part of my confidence during this journey has come from the support and guidance Dr. Mahesh Shinde has given me especially in helping me understand what to do and what not to do during recovery. Really grateful for the care and service I received from the hospital and the entire team ❤️

I recently had my father admitted here, and overall our experience was satisfactory. The doctors were knowledgeable and handled the situation with care, especially during the critical ICU phase, which gave us confidence. The nursing staff was supportive and attentive, ensuring timely care and assistance. The hospital infrastructure and cleanliness were also well maintained. However, there were slight delays in communication and documentation at times, which could be improved for a smoother experience. Overall, I’m thankful to the medical team for their efforts and support during a difficult time.
