Very poor. PECOPP will deceive and cheat you promising 1yr free service etc. I paid for termite treatment to Pecopp and was interacting with an employee called Mr. Akib but this person did the initial spray after I paid money of Rs.6500 for termite treatment im my Mumbai flat and later he started giving frivilous excuses when i wanted service since the problem of termites resurfaced. But Akib and the helpline of Pecopp turned out to be fraudsters and later on Akid had the audacity of shutting down his phone. Please do not use their services. I can only warn one and all to stay away from from Pecopp. Do not waste your valuable money and time with such fraudster.

Don't book their services. Paid Rs 7500 for cockroaches pest control annual service. Did pest control on April 17, 2026, but that didn't work, cockroaches still around. Now, their phone is never reachable. It goes onto recorded message which says you're first in the queue and after holding for about 20 mins it disconnects automatically. The only time you get them is when you call them the first time. Thereafter you can reach them only if you call from different numbers. I did that, told them, the cockroaches menace hasn't been handled, they said they will do the pest control again but no one turned up on the appointed day. Also, unlike other pest control they don't give a card of anything giving dates for the follow up pest control, which is supposed to be once in four months. It's a scam. They don't give a receipt. The so called receipt comes in a mail, if you write to them on that mail address, no response either. Stay awake. They're the pest.
