Submitted the hoodie feb end around26th, didn't hear from them back until March mid when I contacted them, then they said 1 cloth is taking time we are doing our best to remove the stains, and they generated separate bill for that of 0 amount, so part 1 was delivered after 3 weeks and part 2 hoodie after a month, and when done as I checked now, complete color is gone, what kind of cheating is this. 3.5K worth of hoodie expensive clothes and this is what they do to it, this is how they lie. All call recordings bills chats everything I've auto recorded, to escalate and have action taken ahead.

I recently used Kleenito laundry service and had a disappointing experience. I gave 6 shirts and 1 pair of shoes for dry cleaning. After delivery, only 1 shirt was properly cleaned. The remaining 5 shirts were almost the same as before. Only the collars seemed to be cleaned, while the rest of the fabric still had visible stains and marks, which defeats the purpose of dry cleaning. The shoes were cleaned properly, so no issues there, but the main concern is with the shirts. When you pay for dry cleaning, you expect complete cleaning, not just partial work. I’ve attached photos as proof. You can clearly see that most of the stains are still present even after service. Overall: • Shirt cleaning quality: Poor • Shoes cleaning: Good • Value for money: Not worth it for clothes Would not recommend for garment cleaning unless quality improves significantly.
