The extended wait time for lunch, which was scheduled between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM but was delayed until 2:30 PM without any staff presence, resulted in a highly unsatisfactory experience. We recommend considering the numerous alternative NBFCs and banks available in the market.

They had lost my agreement to sale original and now saying...
They had lost my agreement to sale original and now saying I have never given this document. I asked loan cannot be processed without this paper. Now they saying it's not mentioned in list of document (LOD). I would warn others to check their LOD and keep proof of documents given to TATA capital or any other bank. P.S When I complaint about it on customer care they denied saying I have not given this document. I told them to reprocess this loan then they will not provide loan on it. Complete negligence and unaccountable. I have great trust in TATA but had very bad experience with TATA Capital.

Super slow process ( Even indian government officer are faster than TATA capital), they don't have more than one counter for new customers also everyone is super slow and no one is giving proper information. They have super higher homeloan rate of interest, also doesn't have water purification machine too. Will never recommend TATA for loans. You have to visit office everytime even they have office boys for documentation or other main things while loan processing. Or verification things.
