THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service provided by Eco Green for our VIDA VX2 scooter. Our charger stopped working while under warranty, and the service center confirmed it was faulty on 8th April 2026. However, instead of following the correct process, they initially asked us to wait for a replacement charger without even accepting the faulty charger or creating a job order. After repeatedly following up for almost 25 days with no response, we visited the service center again only to find that nobody had clarity about our issue. Instead of helping us, the staff tried to upsell a new charger. Their representative Sanjana did not know the proper process, and manager Monish refused to even discuss the issue properly. Only after escalating the matter to the owner, Sachin, was the charger finally accepted and a warranty job order created on 5th May 2026 with a promised timeline of 15–20 days. It has now been more than 47 days that our scooter has been unusable, and we are still waiting for a replacement charger. The team has now stopped replying to WhatsApp messages and is also not answering calls. The sales experience may look good initially, but the real problem starts after purchase. Very poor customer service, zero accountability, no communication, and complete inconvenience for customers. Would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this dealership or relying on their service support.
