Arrogant and unprofessional behavior. Just putting fancy discount offers outside shop to attract people and when we purchase them, rules change dynamically on pricing. Also, not good material for baby clothes.

worst customer service... arrogant & rude behaviour towards customers & they are very adamant, they illtreat and misbehave with you if u dont like wht they want u to buy.... Price is just double the what you get online and in other local shops. Brands like BabyHug,firstccry and me and mom's won't behave like this to any customer. They are very welcoming and respect customers choice. Please don't go to this shop there are many other options in borivali that too in reasonable price. I think owner don't pay sales man to show products to customers. Most terrrible and pathetic experience ever.
